I believe the '60 had a small script "Chevrolet" emblem on the glove box.
Instrument clusters are kinda all over the board, '60-'62. Some had full gauges, some had either a temp gauge or I think an oil pressure gauge, by '62 they were idiot lights and a gas gauge.
The bigger trucks had full instrumentation, and that's what I found for my '62.
Not sure about any differences between panels and Suburbans, but definitely Suburban rear bumpers won't work on a pick-up--Subs don't have a recess for the license plate like a pick-up.
Oddly, the cable-operated kick panel vents have different mounting screw locations from the later lever-handled vents. The kick panel opening on the '60-'61 trucks also have a notch in the mounting area for the cable to pass through. I put 'em on my '62 and had to redrill the mounting holes on the truck, and cut the notch with a die grinder.
