the 325 is a cold blooded engine to start with, you may try soaking the valve with a penetrant oil like PB Blaster or Liquid Wrench to loosen it up. Check the spark plugs, wires, and the timing too. My 235 did the same thing when it was cold. I reset the timing to the advanced side(15 degrees) now it runs fine. I am not running a vacuum advance or the manifold heat, I have Fenton's on the engine.
