My carter-webbers jammed the floats or needle/seat valves at high rpm's and then flooded until I tapped gently on the carb with a screw driver handle near where the fuel line came in. Then I put a regulator on and set it to 3.5 and havn't had any problems since.

I used brake line, a tee- and compression fittings for the pump-carb lines. I put brass 90 degree elbows in the carb that were male pipe and female compression seats. I located the tee near the first carb, used a short straight piece of brakeline from the tee to the first carb and ran a j-shaped line from the tee to the back carb. Later the fuel regulator was put between the tee- and the pump.
