That's not enough information to answer the question.

If you are going to z the frame and channel the bed it no longer matters at all. If you want to retain the bed in a stock location you have a challenge.

Once you abandon a stock look most anything is possible with enough time and money. But its best to have a very clear idea where you're headed before you start cutting and welding.
