What you should be looking at is the dimensions, number of rows, outlet hose locations and diameters, and mounting flange specs.

It would be great if there is an 'off the rack' aluminum radiator out there the bolts right into the radiator mounts, but since the flanges are brazed on at an angle on the stock one, I'd be a bit surprised if there were.
