I am putting the new upholstery on my seats...first the burlap, then a layer of foam, 2 layers of cotton and now have the new vinyl seat material over all of it. Everything fits well but my question is do I use the clips that attach it to the seat frame over the vinyl AND the burlap or just the vinyl? It seems very tight either way so I thought I would ask before finishing the job. Thanks for the help!
