Also in that tech tip you'll find a link to the Accuride wheel catalog, it is a great help and should also have the nominal dimensions you're looking for.

The patterns you're probably going to be dealing with are 10 lug on 7.25" circle with a 5.25" center hole.
And 6 lug Budd stud centered on an 8¾" Bolt Circle, with a nominal 6.50" Bore.
