Rubber hammer is not going to cut it, not enough force to slide Harmonic Balancer on Crank. I just put mine back on this afternoon using an 8 inch block of 2x4 and a sledge hammer and it slid right on. Just make sure you place that 2x4 on the Harmonic, don't want to risk tweaking it. Good luck
