Where can I find a side-mounted spare tire rack, as well as the "cut-out" fender? I've got a 61 longbed stepside and I'd like to add a spare tire rack to "masquerade" the long, "blank" area of the bed between the cab and rear fenders. I've seen pics of trucks with them and have also seen then in the factory assembly manual, but can't seem to find either the rack or fender anywhere.
