Threw the fan belt on my 1948 low pressure 235 last night. I was a fair distance from home, with no where to stop safely, no tools to replace the belt, and no-one to call, so I had to limp it home.

During the course of getting her home, she got very hot, pegging the temp gauge. Wasn't sounding at all good, but continued running.

This morning, she started back up fine and sounded good. No initial indications of any issues.

What should I be watching for, in the event I caused some or more damage than I think I might have?

Thanks in advance for sharing your knowledge.
