I've been offered the lifting cylinders and framework from a later model 1-ton dump bed for cheap. I was considering converting my 3800 to a dump but I really don't think it's worth it just for the novelty. I really don't need a dump bed, just thought it might be cool. I think I'll stick to the problems I already have. Thanks for the info.
