I know this is probably already been done but in my mind I'll be the first to do it lol

I have a 1993 Chevy astro it is an all wheel drive van I want to take the H plate out from under it along with the rear end, I have a 1936 Chevy truck I measured the wheel base of the van against the truck and there is a 1/4 of an inch difference between them, now do you think I could fabricate the h plate onto the front of the frame of my 36 Chevy ? Could I take the tbi off and just put on a carb ? On a scale of 1 to 10 how hard do you fellow stove bolter's think it would be ? Thank you let me know because if it's doable I'd like to get started.
