Your cab is off of the frame, right? Don't you already have a fill hole in the cab floor? If it were me, I would:
- attach the stock MC to the frame
- measure the stock MC fill cap location with respect to some frame landmarks
- replace the stock MC with your dual MC
- measure the dual MC fill point location with respect to the same frame landmarks
- determine the offset of the stock MC to the dual MC
- transfer the offset to the stock MC fill hole on the cab floor to find where your hatch needs to be
I'd expect this to give you data that better applies to your particular frame/cab and dual MC.
