For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Dec 2009 Posts: 22 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Dec 2009 Posts: 22 | I'm very new to the truck scene and looking for some advice. It seems that 3/4 parts are harder to come by. I would like to drop the suspension down about 3" or so without doing a complete swap. So first question is on the suspension other than the springs what is the difference between the 1/2 and 3/4? Is it better to put the lighter axles and suspension under to accomplish what I want to do? Where is the hot ticket for brakes? Stock? Bendix or ?? Thanks for now as I have to do some more reading before I ask more questions. Thanks
Insignificant human with too many projects. I suck at welding so it's a good thing I know how to use a grinder. '61 Short - Fleetside C-10 '53 5-Window - Sold | | |
