I've played with my old door trims and it seems a right door trim (dt) fit the middle window. straight side of the dt against the back side of the window. A right dt again would need to be used again but upside down with straight side against the front side of the window. Because if a left dt was used the top portion does not reach across because of the curve.
ps the front side of the window is a lil narrower the the back side so it would need to be notched.
