I am trying to get my 52 1433 up and running. I recharged the battery and it says it has just over 6V ready to go. If I make contact with the foot starter it tunrns over very slow. Now if I take out all the spark plugs and leave them out and turn the engine over the starter just flys and it turns over like I would expect it to. I am not a mechanic by trade so I have no idea what my issue is. I am baffled.
