A good tip when reusing the head bolts is add white lithium grease under the head of the bolts.This will prevent any grabbing or friction resistents between the head bolt and the head.When the head bolt is torqued in place it is creating a clamp load.The clamp load is created when the bolt is stretched and then the bolt relaxes.Also a little oil on the threads will help, if they do not go into water.If they do you will need to use a sealer on the threads.
