Richard, thanks for your input and quick reply. Dont get me wrong I'm having a lot of fun with this swap. I guess I sounded like a whinning youngster who can't get things fast enough! The good thing is its a Chevy and the parts are out there. Just have to look a little. I didnt want to do the common 6 to V8 swap. I know for a fact that the 292 is a stud of an engine. Once done my C-10 will be a clean driver and be able to tow a quad and some jet skis. maybe pull an occaisonal stump out for a friend!
