That is the only flange that is presently available from the vendors Bruce. But, the original cover was a teardrop shaped one, just like the one for the three speed except that it didn't have the upper hole for the shift lever. I had an original flange on mine when I brought her home; think I still have it around here somewhere. So once again, the after market reproduction parts are actually incorrect, just someone’s interpretation of what they thought it might have been.
The teardrop shaped hole in the toe board is the same for all the trucks 3sp or 4sp.
