If the flywheel will mount on the crank shaft (ie line up with the bolt holes and pin) then the only question is if the gear in your starter works with the number of teeth on the flywheel ring gear. The older 6 volt starters had less teeth and the newer 12 volt starters had more. They don't match up and a newer crank won't work with an older starter, or visa versa. Of course you can change the ring gear on the flywheel if you want to use it and I'm sure those ring gears are available at NAPA, having looked into it for my truck.
