putting my '55 carrier back together with new bearings and all, but that new crush sleeve will not crush. i even put it in my 20t press, and after three tries, it only crushed by .013. it's supposed to be done with 300-400 #s. seriously, how would anyone be able to crush it in the carrier with wrenches? a 10' cheater with a 200 pounder on the other end? it's wall thickness is almost 2x the thickness of the original
