Hi I am new to this site so I hope I am in the right Place.I am putting together what Ithink is a 1934 small 1/2 ton Chevy I want to keep the straight axle in it and build it as a nice mild street rod. It has been sitting in my brothers barn all apart for the last 35 years.The steel is like new. right know my biggest problem, it has no front axle, front springs or hangers on the frame I need to know what years fit this frame, also I would like to put Hyd. brakes on it. Can a later year axle be used? Can the spindles be changed on a 34 axle for Hyd. ? Thanks Fred
