I don't know specifically on the Toyota seats, but here's my best guess based on my experience with Plymouth Sebring seats and autmotive wiring in general. White is usually the ground. On my Sebring seats, I hooked up the battery the way I thought it would be and then played with the controls. Pushing the button forward should make the seat go forward. . .etc. Mine actually worked backwards if I wired it backwards.
