It's been a while since I've had my 235 apart, but I seem to recall that all the arrows pointed to the front, and rear cap only rits one way anyway, due to the rear main seal. You definetly don't want to switch them around, as they are machined to position when the block was align bored for the crank. If they are installed in the wrong position, it will throw the bearings out of alignment.
