you sure it's not a V-6 4.3l?
either way you're gonna have to change some stuff.
(like the firwall if it's a straight 6)
the 4.3 won't be a bolt-in as the trans has to be changed cuz of the bellhousing. the mounts won't be the same but a wrecking yard should be able to cough them up..
i miss obscene phone calls...
