That terminal comes in a kit with new contact, insulators, case insulators etc. If your lucky you can replace that without removing the coils, I say this because if the wrapping on the coils is old then you risk ripping the insulation when you bend the coils leads back after you unsolder them. You just have to be careful when doing it. You also will need a good soldering tool that will heat up fast and hot.
