Are you matching your existing paint with automotive paint? If so, recoat the POR15 with sandable primer within the recoat time, becuase POR15 does not sand very easily.
I prefer the rustmort route for exterior rust that needs to be topcoated, but I have used this stuff with success in raingutters. It sands much easier than POR15 and Rustbullet.
