The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area Engine Shop ignition timing

Thanks alot for the response. I checked the timing and it appears to be right. My problem is...I can't get any acceleration. New carb.It backfires thru the carb but only when you try to accelerate. Any suggestions? By the way, it has a turbo 400 tranny.
