Ok,
So for those not following the post. I do have a 1950 GMC sub with the original seats and a set of 55 GMC suburban seats. After measuring them up, the second and third row seats the same in terms of measurements.
Second row seat: both 50 gmc (first series) and 55 gmc (second series):
Height from floor to top of frame: 29 1/2 inches
Width (back of frame, not including the arm rests: 36 inches
Arm Rests: from the floor to the highest point: ~15 1/2 inches
Front mounting holes to floor: ~20 inches a par(2 mounting holes)
Rear mounting holes (#2): ~30 inches a part
Seat Cushion: 20 inches x 35 inches
Bach Cushion: 22 inches x 35 inches
Third row seat: both 50gmc sub and the 55 gmc sub.
Floor mounts (Front): 1 inch x 20 inches x 34 inches on the tape measure
Floor mounts (Rear): 1 inch x 30 1/2 inches x 45 inches on the tape measure
Seat Cushion: 51 inches x 20 inches
Back Cushion: 51 inches x 22 inches.
If anyone has additinal questions or need additional measurements, don't hesitate to ask. I think this will clear up quite a bit of confusion.
