Have someone push in the clutch while you watch the fork. It should start moveing as soon as the pedal does. The linkage may need adjusting. Push the rod all the way back pushing the piston back in the slave cylinder. You should have about a 1/4 in of free play. Also check for free play in the master cyl. push rod. If all that is good you may have something wrong with the clutch its self. They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though.
