I would use it for a parts vehicle. Fire damage ruins bearings, warps transmission cases and a lot of things you would never think of. I am a licensed salvage dealer and I stay away from fire damage. Wheels are usually warped from tires burning off. But for $300, the title is worth that and the sheet metal and that kind of stuff, you can see what you have. With all that said, I still think you got a real good deal.
