The lens should be marked with 0-60 for the oil pressure, temp should be marked C and H cor Cold and Hot. As far as where the needles should be, when it's warmed up, they should be approximatly at the center dot, perhaps a bit past (to the right). I can't really give a specific on the temp, other than the original equipment thermostat was 160 degrees, so the middle dot is probably roughly that. The center dot on the pressure gauge is 30 psi.
