Ok - I'm gathering parts for the power brake conversion. I have a 58 3200 bone stock 235 3 on the tree - drum/drum.

I have already purchased the wheel cyls & brake hoses.

I want to buy the power master cyl next month (saving my pennies) but there is a huge difference in price on the kits I've seen.

I know you usually get what you pay for, but - how much difference can there be? I've seen kits for less than $200 & more than $500 & all in between.

Do I need a proportioning valve? What is this flow back valve some kits talk about needing?

I will buy a bolt in kit - don't want to fab or weld if I can help it.

Once this is done - I will install seat belts & pretty much be safe to drive with the kids.

any help?
