I ran into a huge problem. My mechanic and I sized up my custom tire and wheels for my truck. TIGHT SQUEEZE.

My truck 1948 3100 has a 72 nova front stub with a 2" drop.

Problem is we think in order for the tires to clear we need a 4.75 to 5" backspace. I am looking at Foose Nitrous legends or coys' c-5's

Does anybody have the same set up and what did you use. My problem is I can only get 4.50 back space on a 17 x 7. 18 x 8's on the back.

Does anybody have any solutions? What size did you use on your truck?
