If you haven't already put lots of oil in the cyls. and rock the motor one way and the back the other. Kinda sounds like the cyl. walls have rust on them and the pistons are not wanting to slide up the rusty cyl. walls.
Do this with the spark plugs out so you're not working against engine compression.
