I have the 3/4 ton also. there are some nice aluminum rims brand new that I see listed on ebay all the time for less than $400 including shipping. There brand name, but I don't remember what brand. Used 16 inch tires are easy to come by. More than likely some unforseen problem will come up in a swap that will cost you more than that. Also if it has the dana 44 with posi (so slip as the called it back then) I think you want to hold on to that. Thats what mine has and I remembet hunting for them back when we were building mud trucks up north.
