Need one of you seasoned stovebolters to to tell me how to check timing on my 1957 235 motor with vacuum advance. First crazy question, where is the timing marks? Just bought me a timing light from Sears and ready to check timing. Just put a new vacuum advance on (old one wasn't working). Also, if anyone can tell me what degree for normal and advance. I'm just learning this stuff so all details will be appreciated.
thanks,
