Something else to consider. A 19.5, being a drop center rim design, will have the same wheel center diameter as a 17" tube type. I've got multiple sets of each and the centers measure exactly the same. If a 16 won't clear your drums, might want to measure to make sure the 19.5 will clear. Stu
