| | | | Joined: May 2006 Posts: 8,351 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: May 2006 Posts: 8,351 | The 4 speed was built both ways. In 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton, it was closed, with the 3/4 ton only being closed to the carrier bearing. 1 ton was open from trans to differential.
