First of all, welcome to the site. It's a good place to get lots of advice on these old trucks. Hope you are able to pick up some useful info.
Tim is correct, you need to give way more info. I put 16" rims on my 1953 half ton, with 6" x 16" skinny bias ply tires with inner tubes. That is good for poking around slowly on back roads, which is what I will be doing. Perhaps you intend a different use for your truck.
