Thanks guys!!!

This is actually a friend's girlfriend's car. She bought it because she wanted an old Camero, and to quote her "Its got a blue sparkley paint job" The guy told her it was a 283, but its a 327. What gives?

Looks and sounds like a retired race car. The 327 might be a rattle-can rebuild with a hot cam. At 1000 RPM, that 327 is going Chug-a-lug, chug-a-lug, chug-a-lug. Its rumpy as h@ll. But the radiator needs flushing and the oil is dirty, so I'm suspicious.

She wants me to help her get it back on the street. And I'm used to working on Stovebolts, Mopar, and Pontiac. I don't have much hands-on with a SBC.

Are there any good websites for second-gen Cameros?? I know you guys don't want me plugging this place up with her hot-roddery.

Thanks again,

Chip eek
