Ok. I think I need to rejet. Some info I found said basic rule of thumb is that if the idle screw is more that 2 1/2 turns out then the jet is to lean or two small and if it less than 1 1/2 turns out then it is to rich or to large. I have mine all the way in now and it is idling well and has good throttle responce but is still showing some black smoke and a few small drops of gas will show on my hand if I hold it in front of the pipes.
