Question; What do you mean by "modern"? Most styles that are out for the later trucks will not work on the older trucks, backspace and offset are wrong. You'll need to look for wheels for pre-'87 solid axle 4x4 full size to be correct.
Without knowing what width rim you want, I can only guess at the offset, but I can say that you'll be looking at -6 to -25, depending on width.
