o. well if your rebuilding the engine, then do them one at a time. if you can unbolt the part from the engine like the headers, and vavle covers. use a grease cutter like engine degreaser or simple green. and do it on a table outside with engine paint. they also make special header paint, its sold everywhere. just eliminate any impurities like oil or grease when it comes to any paint.
