I also had an electric on my truck at one time, but went back to mechanical fan. It worked fine but I thought simple was better. Mine's a 1 ton and in a 59. I am about to put a 230 in a 72 which is the same length. Be interested to see if that's going to be a problem on this truck. Engine came from a camero.
