Alright, something I spotted right away, the bushings in the shift arms on the control box are very worn, epsecially the 2-3 lever. That would be the first place to start. You might also want to check the engine mounts, make sure that the rubber parts are still good. If they're damaged/mushy, it might be letting the engine sag at the rear.
