| | | | Joined: Apr 2008 Posts: 899 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Apr 2008 Posts: 899 | That hole provides the route for vacuum advance to the distributor so it needs to be open. If you want to use the gasket (opinions vary) then just punch a small hole in the gasket to accomodate it.
