OK I found locally a wiper teh brand is Trico and the part number is 73-302C it is an adjustable wiper and worked like a champ.
The vaccum is pretty weak and the motor would not drag the blade over a dry window, well during the state inspection i sprayed windex on the shield to show the Sheriff that they worked.
He called the main office downtown and then told me I would have to tool down there for my inspection.
On a different note, I found a mustang 2 front end for cheap complete with power rack, chevy pump and brakes.
What are your thoughts on scabbing in a mustang 2 to the old AD frame?
btw checking out american classic truck parts now.
