The frame height dimensions would be the same if you measure the top frame height at the front spring perch nearest the front of the cab and the height of the top of the frame at the furtherest rear spring perch. The leading front of the frame slopes,so you can't measure at the front horn. Keep in mind that an assembled truck does not sit levelso it would be important to level the frame before measuring.
