On the outbound leg to Indy, Rosie did between 40 and 50mph. Calculated 11, then 13, mpg for the first two fuel stops. Loud, yes. No tach, but seemed comfortable enough. Of course, that's with insert bearings, hardened valve seats, and aluminum pistons, so my machinist says it should be ok.

Yep, I'm learning about the routine maintenance of the ignition system, et al. Once you get in the routine, it's all fairly simple.
